Savage Summer: Part 6

After our guests were here, we headed to Carmel for a few days. Deeda was recovering from 117 miles in 11 days on the Appalachian Trail, and we had fun in Mimi and Deeda's pool during one of the last weeks of summer for Mimi. It was also a chance for me to see some long-time Indy and West Lafayette friends and their kiddos.

Greg met us in Carmel, and we headed to Evansville to celebrate his Mamaw and Papaw's 70th wedding anniversary. What a great example. Greg and I would be 98 if we made it that long...only the Lord knows. Every day is a gift!
