Countdown to launch . . .

Today was Val's latest doctor's visit. Over the course of the appointment, the decision was made to go ahead and begin the process of inducing labor this evening. Val had the option of coming in tonight or waiting until Sunday, and she elected for tonight. We have checked into the hospital, and Val is resting comfortably, for an expectant mother that is. It's likely that she'll give birth sometime tomorrow, probably afternoon/evening, but the timing is out of our hands.

We appreciate the love and support that has been expressed through calls and emails. We continue to cherish your prayers and encouragement through this new and exciting time in the life of our family.

"For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb" (Ps 139:13, ESV).
